This page covers the mogup.app website only. Each app has its own privacy policy under its own page, for example /shiftloop/privacy/.
Who we are
Mogup Apps is a small app studio in Essaouira, Morocco, operated by MOGUP S.A.R.L. (ICE 003708714000053). For anything about your data, write to privacy@mogup.app.
What this website collects
Most of this website collects nothing about you. You can read every page without an account. The only cookies come from Google Analytics, described below, and only if you accept them.
The one exception is the Shiftloop beta form. If you fill it in, we receive what you type: your Google account email, your first name, your country, your job, your shift pattern, your phone brand, and the fact that you agreed to receive emails about the beta.
Why we collect it
We use the Google account email to add you to the Shiftloop beta on Google Play and to send you the link when the beta opens. We use the other answers to understand who is testing, for example which phones and which shift patterns we must support first. We send emails about the beta only, and only because you ticked the box.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form entries are saved on this website, which is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Larnaca, Cyprus), and sent by email to our support@mogup.app mailbox. Only the people who run Mogup Apps can read them. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep beta entries until the Shiftloop beta ends, then delete them, or earlier if you ask. We keep emails you send us for as long as we need them to answer you.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google, so it only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner. Say no and the website works exactly the same. We run no advertising or other tracking scripts.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@mogup.app and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not use anything you already gave us for a new purpose without asking you first.
